Presented by Queer Cultural Center, murmurations: queer bodies of werQ is part of the 26th annual National Queer Arts Festival.

As the curators share:

We coalesce as a pulsating, swooping, living, collective of queer ecologies, bodies in nature. We are simultaneously agile & monumental, individual & communal. Our collective power represents a direct threat to systems of oppression.

Opening Reception
Friday, June 9, 6–9 PM PST

Opening reception featuring performances and activations by Maya Songbird, Bombsnaxx, Aunt BB, Papi Churro, Dj Del, and Qing Qi as the evening’s MC

Closing Reception
Friday, June 30, 5–9 PM PST

Celebrate the closing of this year’s QCC exhibition with an evening of performance and activation by The Magic Alien, La Femme Papi, Gaia, Zero Charisma, Dillon Rose with co-curator and MC Gaia W.XYZ!

SOMArts is wheelchair accessible, and in proximity to several nearby public transportation stops. SOMArts does not have automatic doors at its Main Entrance.

Two accessible parking spots are available on-site during regular gallery hours and most events, except when signs are posted and the back area lot is being used for artistic programming.
