January 19, 2023 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Hey Chica!! is a comedy variety show that aims to capture the feeling of the unlikely, beautiful friendship between you, an exceptional freak, and that girl in school who would greet everyone with a “HEY CHICA!!” every single day — weird, but fun. Hosted by the two first ever bipolar lesbians with IBS in history, Amanda-Faye Jimenez and Lauren White.

About the Hosts
Amanda-Faye Jimenez is a writer and comedic performer born and raised in Los Angeles. She has performed at a variety of L.A. institutions, including The Hammer Museum and the playroom in the McDonald’s next door to Akbar, one of the last gay bars in Silverlake. Some people (exactly two) have called Amanda-Faye the Femme President or the Lesbian Mayor, but her official title online is @failureprincess, where you can find her creating extremely specific dyke content.

Lauren White is a comedian, voice actor and writer based in New York. She is a recurring member of the acclaimed performance series, SORORITY and the co-founder of the improv group, GiRL CRUSH, a node of the Feminist Center for Creative Work. She’s performed at the Elysian, Union Hall NY, Dynasty Typewriter, the Bootleg Theater, the Hammer, Clockshop NY and Human Resources, to name a few. She co-hosts Hey Chica! with her creative collaborator at the Elysian. You can hear her voice in the famously canceled anime, High Guardian Spice (2019) and all of the LEGO movies (2018) or on any Turkish Airlines flight (eternal) and that’s Hollywood baby.
